This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Little Old Lady' costume creator:
This is Kendra Long she is 6 years old. We got the idea from seeing other pictures online. How we made the costume... We bought her outfit at the thrift store. We made her walker out of TV trays we used two of them and cut and screwed pieves of them together. We got her hair rollers and a hair net from wal-mart, and put make up on her.
