This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Monica, the 'Little Monsters Maurice' costume creator:
I was invited to and 80’s and 90’s party. I wanted something different then just the regular usual costumes. So once it came to me I knew I had to pull it off. I had about 3 days to put it together and I went looking for stuff but couldn’t find anything. I found some items around the house and only bought 2 items at $13 total. I made it work and I loved it so much I wore it for two days.
