Little Backhoe Costume

My 2 year old nephew is obsessed with construction equipment. To fulfill his Halloween wish I created a Backhoe costume for him. Constructed from foam sheets from the Dollar Tree, two cans of yellow spray paint, foil, reflective tape, large ribbon spools for tires, paintsticks, black electrical and duct tape and lots of hot glue sticks. The back scoop swings back and forth (video on my Instagram Page CraftyCathie). I crinkled up grocery bags for rocks. It was worth all the hot glue finger blisters to see the smile on his face when he first saw his costume. Thank you for letting me share the Halloween joy!
