Slappy Costume

My son is wearing a Slappy the Dummy costume. He loves Goosebumps books and "Night of the Living Dummy" is one of his favorites, so he wanted to be Slappy. The costume is simple. I made a bow out of an old shirt. I bought a white dress shirt, jacket, pants, and shoes. The face paint was tedious, but not hard. I lined his eyes and made the jaw marks with black eye liner. I put a bit of white eye liner below both eyes before applying the black. I drew the eyebrows and freckles on with brown face paint. I used brown hair spray on his hair. In order to make his face shine, I rubbed a bit of vaseline on it.
