A word from Susan, the 'Lego Indiana Jones and Marion' costume creator:

Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Marion are ready to go off and find all the missing M&Ms and lost lollipops. We had so much fun creating these crazy characters using building and craft materials. We got the idea from seeing a group go as Lego characters and we thought how can we make it as a fun Lego couple. For the bodies, we cut foamcore sides and tops and taped them all together. We cut arm and neck holes and covered them in kraft paper to make them easier to paint. For the legs, we used presentation boards (like those used for science projects) and cut and folded them to the appropriate shape. For the hands we carved out the insides of foam circles to make the shape and then glued them to cans (peanut cans were perfect size); and then covered them with flesh-colored construction paper. For the heads, we cut down cement forms (tubes), covered in construction paper, glued on styrofoam rings to the bottom for necks, attached a hat for Indy and used spray insulation foam for hair for Marion. Featuring Dan Wagner as Indy and Sue Wagner as Marion. Off to save Halloween for everyone!
