This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tanya, the 'Lego Movie Unikitty' costume creator:
My little one is wanted to make a unique and interesting costume to fit her unique and quirky personality. She absolutely loved the lego movie and her favorite character was unikitty so that is was her inspiration and her take on the costume. We used a couple of cardboard boxes, spray paint, and felt for the eyes. It was a very inexpensive and creative costume. She got many compliments walking up and down our streets as well as a lot of people inside the houses calling people over to see it. She was so proud of the work that went into it and to be able to wear it.
