A word from Sam, the 'Klingon' costume creator:
It's me wearing it. This was the first prosthetic I ever built. I shaped the forehead out of clay, then covered it in latex. I waited for the latex to dry, then added another layer. I did this many times, then finally peeled it off once it was thick enough to hold together on its own. I then put it on with spirit gum and blended my skin tone to it as best as I could, though I was running out of makeup. My little sister had just gotten a haircut, so I used her hair for the eyebrows. I then curled my hair and threw together an outfit. The point of the costume was to learn to make a prosthetic, so the other parts are not as good.
