Kali

This is my costume, Kali, a Hindu Goddess. I saw a picture of someone else as this over a year ago and wanted to make it perfect! I had a ton of help from a good friend of mine with the arms, we molded a mannequins arms and my hands, they were made out of foam, so they were really light. The makeup was perfect, water activated cake makeup. It took us close to 2 months to finish everything for this years costume. He has made me many costumes in the past, but this one deserves to be in every contest. If I win, I am splitting the money with him, or at least taking him to a nice dinner!!
