Jessica & Roger Rabbit Costume

This is a fun, low budget throwback costume! The idea came to me when I found the perfect red dress on a half off day at a local thrift shop!

For Jessica Rabbit, I cut the slit higher on the dress to show more leg and I added red heels that I scored at a thrift shop last Halloween! The wig and gloves were ordered online.

For Roger Rabbit, find a good partner that is willing to do anything for your love of Halloween!
We found the red pants at a local thrift shop. We added a white shirt and red suspenders. The yellow buttons came from a Mario Brothers costume that I found at a thrift store (yes, I brought the costume for $5 just for the oversized yellow buttons!) Details, Details, Details!
After searching for the perfect bow tie and ears, I couldn't find one, so I resorted to my local craft store!
Bow Tie: Blue Felt, Yellow puff balls, velcro to hold around neck
Ears: Furry shapable wire shaped into oversized ears and glued to a headband, pink felt and red feathers for the hair!
Cotton tail (not seen in photo): Cotton balls pulled apart and glued together

Baby Herman (our dog): A diaper, pink bow, fake cigar
