This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Jellyfish' costume creator:
Serenity is 8 years old wearing her homemade jellyfish costume.
Simple instructions:
- Clear kids umbrella
- LED battery powered lights
- xmas sparkling tubing
- streamers
- ribbon
- feather boa
Add your batteries to your lights and zip tie them to the wiring at the top of the umbrella. Make sure you keep battery pack where it can be reached and turned on easily.
Hole punch around the edges and insert tubing, ribbon, streamers and whatever else you can find and tie it to keep it in place. Anything sparkling or shiny works best!!
Have lots of fun making it with your little one.
