This homemade costume for adults entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brandon, the 'Jail Birds' costume creator:
Brandon Maya and his dog named Ray-Cee. Brandon survived a brain aneurysm therefore in a wheelchair. This idea came about because it was wheelchair friendly. I used cardboard box, round sticks, spray paint, and glue. The dogs suit was bought and I made Brandon’s hat to match.
