This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jillian, the 'IT' costume creator:
My 7 year old daughter Brynn is wearing it we bought items and put them together and we went to our towns original police station many years ago that now just looks like an abandoned house and took the pictures .
