This homemade costume for couples entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
The new baby is Hurricane Sandy! Fun and exciting costume to act out: blowing wind and spinning and reporting on the hurricanes expected trail. The tie is held up by a metal hanger and the hair is held up with an empty plastic water bottle!
