Hung like a Horse Costume

I am wearing the costume. I have always loved costumes that are a play on words thus the horse and the noose “Hung like a horse”. I made the mask by taking a small strip of cardboard and making a ring for my head. I then used 3 sheets of white craft foam for the head. I folded it around and cut some slits to get the rough shape. Paint then made it look real. Wasn’t too worried about holes for breathing or seeing yet. Next was a skein of yarn for the mane and tail. I loved it! I bought a white unitard and wore it while my daughter painted it. She did fantastic with a little guidance from me. Now! Had to wear it until it dried. Things were coming together. I was so nervous to cut the mask but I had to see!!!! One of my favorite costumes ever!
