This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest, and won 2nd place in the Best Pet Costume nomination!

A word from Katharyn, the 'How to turn a Horse into a Dragon' costume creator:

My horse, Cintaura is wearing the costume. We had a body painter take on a horse as her subject. As big Game of thrones fans, we wanted Cintaura to be Drogon from game of thrones. She had to jump a 1.10M course in costume, so we decided body paint was the safest route. She was amazingly quiet for 3.5 hours as 3 of us painted her. My rider in the last photo was dressed as Daenarys Taegaryn.

Love this! It looks amazing! I painted my horse like a zebra for costume class in the past.
What kind of paint was used for this?

Good job but Drogon is black with red and your Daenerys costume is ages before the dragons were large enough to ride..just saying

Ok Stella....or should I call you “Karen"....
these people did an amazing job & who gives 2 craps what the color scheme is? There always has to be some jerkhole in the comments. Can't you just enjoy the dang costume instead of trying to be the internet professor keyboard warrior of all things GOT.

Amazing! What type of paint did you use on the horse? I guess not all are safe for them right? I want to paint my horse for this Halloween! Thanks!
