This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tracy, the 'Headless Beauty' costume creator:
This is a DIY costume. The dress and gloves are a goodwill find $9.00. The torso was bought online for $20. The torso is held up by a book bag and duct tape. The special effects of the neck was done with glue and toilet paper. The costume jewelry was found layout big around the house. The beautiful head is that of my very precious eight year old. Her cost is irreplaceable.
