Harry Potter Costume

9 year old Edward Pimentel wearing Harry Potter cloak with white polo shirt and burgundy and yellow tie. Ballon has owl which was hand drawn by mother Veronica R. Edward also has two homemade wands made from recycled paper. Used print from advertisements for wands rolled up then stuffed with hot glue add more print then outer side add hot glue to give wand texture. Used acrylic paint and spray paint. Total cost 40 bucks. Also has glasses and box for wands with red lining. One of wands is wrapped with paper bag and tied with twine.
