This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heather, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
When I asked my daughter,Kendall(age 4), what she wanted to be for Halloween this year, she immediately said Ursula! I was very surprised by this, thinking she would want to be something that most young girls pick, such as a princess or kitty cat. But I was very excited to start building her costume. I made her shell necklace out of an ordinary shell, painted yellow and added ribbon. Her tentacles are made out of a black garbage bag. Very easy and fun to do, but turned out amazing!
