The Flintstones Family Costume

This is a Family of three Costume, we came up with this idea as a theme we could all fit into together.

My Costume "Wilma Flinstone" was a single strap zebra printed evening dress from ebay;

How to get the Look:
I wanted to give the Flinstones a more elegant, but still traditional and realistic element to our costume.

The Wilma Stone necklace was built by stones from the Micheals arts and crafts store. and the bracelet was a wideband shell bracelet, also from Micheals arts and crafts store.

The Flinstone Orange Hair came from a temporary hair dying solution of using hair chalk. One stick diluted to a paste turned both Wilma, and Pebbles hair Orange!

Pebbles Flinstone, also keeping to that elegant, yet traditional look was equipped with a tiger stripped tutu dress (also from ebay) and a turkey bone for her hair bow (simply twisted into a brown hair elastic)!

again used hair chalk as a temporary hair dye solution to get that "Flinstone Orange" (came out perfectly no fuss the next day!)

Fred Flinstones hair was turned Black using a black stick of hair chalk, and his leopard print cave man costume was a perfect fit for our flinstone family costume, and his ragged tie was a shredded piece of blue material tied around his neck! Simple. Elegant, showstopping and Wonderful! *^_^* !

Cost of entire family costume was under $150!
