A word from Ricardo, the 'The Beast' costume creator:

Ricardo is wearing the costume. I created this character from my imagination. I puchased the mask, finger tips, and the eye ball application. I modified the mask to make space for the third eye (which is the phone app of a eye ball moving around. I puchased the long robe at a thrift store. I attached chicken bones to the front to act as "buttons" to hold the robe together in front. I purchased many items at a dollar store such as insects and fingers, ears and a large rat to add to the back of the costume. The back of the costume was made using expanding foam that i purchased at the hardware store. I constructed a chicken wire frame to mold it to my back and sprayed the foam over the top and as the foam was still wet I inserted the insects, fingers, ears, eyes, mask, and the large rat so they would stay.
I purchased at a dollar store the long fingers and and then used a technique using tissue paper and latex to make the scars on the hands.
For my boots I had some old hunting boots and I took some old platform shoes from my wife and screwed them to the bottome of the boots to give me height. Then I took some metal flashing I bought a at the hardware store and screwed it to cover the bottom.
For the staff I took a long branch from a tree and stripped off the bark and then used a propane torch an d burn the surface of the wood to make it look old. i then speinkled red paint on their to resemble blood. I purchased the heads at a halloween store and hung them on the staff with rope.
Over all the costume cost me roughly a $100.
