Storm Cloud with Flashing Lights Costume

I made the cloud using an umbrella hat. I painted some batting gray and glued it to the umbrella with battery operated LED lights, I then bought fabric that looked like rain an made a gown. I cut some fabric strips and sewed them to the sleeves then I bought rolls of clear beads and sewed them hanging down all different lengths from the cloud and also the gown and sleeves. I glued loose beads around also and wore gray gloves with teardrop beads hanging from my fingertips. I made a lightning bolt from cardboard and aluminum foil. I downloaded a thunder sound app on my phone so it sounded like a real storm.
