Sophia The Lemonade Stand Costume

I made this costume for my daughter Sophia Pontius. I wanted to do something unusual, I got the idea from Pinterest. I just like to be creative with her Halloween costumes.

Instructions: 1st I took a box, taped it with clear packing tape, then I got yellow wrapping paper and then cut a hole in the bottom for her feet to go through and then cut a whole on the top of the box, for her head and body to go through, then I took 2 long pieces of foam, to hold up the sign with and then I printed a sign and taped it across the foam, then I printed pictures of lemons, lemonade and placed them all around the box, to show people that the costume is a lemonade stand. Then I took some plastic cups and put yellow tissue and straws to make it look like glass of lemonade, then I placed a toy pitcher, and spoon and some lemons on the stand, and it looks like a lemonade stand. It was a super easy project, and not very time consuming at all. It took longer to gather the materials then it took to put the costume together. It was really fun, trying to come up with a unique Halloween costume. Submitted by, Victoria Pontius
