This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Toni, the 'Native American' costume creator:
I got a suade dress and cut the bottom into a V. Then I sewed fringe fabric and the end of the V. I sewed fur material at the top of the dress and used the extra fringe material to put around my arms for "arm bands". I used the material from the suade dress to make gloves.
