Miss Argentina from Beetlejuice Costume

My daughter loves to shock and awe people. Of course Halloween being the best time to do it. It takes her a whole year to come up with the best costume idea. And me a whole year to conceptualize it for her. This year she decided to be Miss Argentina from a movie that came out decades before she was even born. Needless to say it was a great hit with adults and a mystery to children. The dress was a steal at goodwill. I got some blue and green watercolor paint diluted with some water and went to town on mixing the right color combo. A red wig and some hairspray and bobby pins for the perfect up-do. The cape and hood was just steel wire and glitter tulle. Enjoy!
