This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
Minnie costume created out of "recycled" dance costume and leotard. Skirt overlay made out of costume satin cut in two rectangles, sewed together and elastic inserted on one of the long sides. Headband made from felt and ribbon cut and glued together.
Total cost: $12.00!
