Little Lion Costume

My little 2 year old son. He is in love with animals so we decided for him to dress up like a lion so he could rarrr. I saw a similar mane online but it was very expensive so I decided to make one. I bought a woman's knit headband for around $5 and bag of yarn that was on clearance for $0.97, and his overalls we had bought earlier for $40. To make the mane I cut the yarn so it was 12in long. Then pulled it through and tied on the stitches of the headband. He was originally suppose to wear it around his face but he didn't like it over his ears, so I got the lion ears and tail to go with it for $4. He loved it! And he was the most fears little lion around!
