This homemade costume for couples entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Nikki, the 'Katy Perry & Russell Brand' costume creator:

My boyfriend and I dressed up as Katy Perry and Russell Brand!! I was inspired by the "Katy Perry Candy" costume sold in stores. I like being original and creative so I decided I would do my own costume with the "candy dots dress" as my theme! I found a white strap less dress, bought some foam balls, cut them in half and spray painted them to get the Candy Dots effect. Then added a blue wig!! The Russell Brand costume was really simple and easy. Just dressed him in his own clothes, added a crazy wig with some teasing involved and a little bit of face makeup for the 5:00 shadow! :)

@chelsea... that was really a challenge lol! I looked everywhere with no luck until I finally went to Bebe and they had this one on clearance (bc it was a summer item)! So maybe you can search there, they may even have it on their website.
