This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christine, the 'Garden Gnome' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I love gnomes and decided to be one for Halloween. My birthday is also a few days before! I made my hat out of red material and added a dress and petticoat. I made a apron and wore long knee socks and heeled black shoes. Rosy cheeks top off the look and everybody thought it was original and fun!
