Transformer Bumble B Costume

Lots of cardboard, lots of duct tape, a huge digital printer, and lots and lots of patients!
We also bought a kids Bunble B Costume for the mask and to give him something to ware under the costume I made.
I made the harness forst (That took a long time to get it comfortable around him. Once that was finished I built a cardboard and duct tape box around it just large enough for him to fit into. Once the box was attached to the harness (lots more duct tape here) I cut the box so it would open up when he stood up and fold back together when he kneels down. After that was finished up built the cab of the car on the top of the box.
Then I took pictures of all sides of a yellow Camaro, I used those images and so very good measurements of the box to layout a vehicle wrap (Excepted sized to fit his cosutme). I also made some extra prints to decorate the inside of the box for when he was transformed into a robot and walking around.

Everyone loves it! (They make fun of me because I set the bar too high for next year).
He is in Kindergarten and all the 8th grade kids at his school loved it and made him feel really cool!
That made me pretty happy, totally worth the 20 hours I spend building it.
