Billy the Doll Costume

I love making homemade costumes. I have to make everything homemade for my daughter because of her allergies, and it just carried over into Halloween. This is from the movie Saw because I love horror films as well. I used paper towels and rolled them in balls and held them on my cheeks with liquid latex. I used tape to cover my eye brows so I wouldn't rip them off when I took the mask off! I bought a bald cap and a cheap black wig and sewed the wig onto the bald cap after I cut it back so it looked like I had a huge forehead. Then I used strips of tissue and glued them all over my face with the liquid latex. I used syn wax to make the elongated jaw and continued with the layers of tissue. I then painted it after I was done and put in my red contacts!
