This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Teresa, the 'Belle and Prince Adam' costume creator:
If Belle and Prince Adam was in the Electrical Light Parade what would their costumes look like? This is my son and Daughter in their costumes. I used a mixture of EL Wire/tape and LED lights along with micro controllers to control the lights. Taffeta, Velvet, Organza, Brocade.
