This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
I am wearing the costume. I just used a clear recycle can bag, balloons, and googled Jelly Belly sign and then free-handed and colored with markers the label. I used some multicolored curling ribbon for around my neck and a little in my hair. Let's just say was a last minute (FOR REAL) costume and cost about $2.00.
