This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Neil, the 'Ariel' costume creator:
This is my daughter Zoey. She was born with Spina Bifida as well as a few other diagnoses. Her mom and fiends made this entire costume to look like Ariel is sitting in a giant clam, and it fits onto her Wheelchair! she LOVES Disney princesses and is just a typical little girl. she loves "looking beautiful" in her costumes.
