Guardians of the Galaxy Costume

Our boys were obsessed with starlord and rocket, so I was convinced to turn my baby girl into Baby Groot and be green for 2 weeks. The boys costumes were store bought, but my husband made Them each a personalized space gun out of a toy water gun and duct tape and gold and silver spray paint. baby Groot was an Etsy knitted hat and a store costume paired with gold shoes. (She had to be fancy). Drax was a muscle shirt that I dyed turquoise grey, and repainted with a red fabric paint. Gamora was a crazy project I mixed a few shades of green costume paint to get her exact color and bout green lipstick, I used grey and silver paint stocks for her scar markings. I a,so used blue and green eye shadow to help it set, I used pink eyeshadow around the eyes and blue eyeliner and mascara, I followed her makeup regiment I read online, her hair was a wig, that I spray painted a little darker on the top. I made her our fit our if my sons white tank top, a black boustier corset that came with a chain and waist bag, I added a lace up leather shrug and belted collar. I had a pair of maternity cargo leggings that I used to finish the look. And bought a pair of inexpensive motorcycle boots with straps.
