Googly Magazine Lady Costume

My goal was to make homemade costume within 4$ and with stuff at home .so checked all items in my house and why not create something with magazines and papers at my house ..so started my mission with tearing pages from magazine and made like a Japanese fan .Later took an underskirt petiticoat for dresses and a tank top and started sticking one paper on top of other in neat fashion .all you needed was lots of hot glue stick to stick the paper on the skirt .When I went to Costco I found large brown paper lying so I thought why not make it more fashionable look by attaching the brown paper in the back like models .On top of these again I attached the magazine fans .Used an old hat covered with newspaper and some handmade newspaper roses .to give scary look I added googly eyes on my face .Voila!!!! A fancy Halloween dress which is environmentally friendly ,waste from home ,creative and of course creepy costume ready .
