Gimli Costume

My son Jacob is wearing the costume he asked to be Gimli from Lord of the Rings this year and this is what we came up with. The helm is made from a baseball helmet with the brim and ear protectors cut off, the wig and beard are made from brown yarn hot glued onto head bands, the belt is made from an old curtain cut and painted, and the rest is from old material fashion to look like Gimli, He also has 3 axes made from wood not shown because dad is putting the finishing touches on them for the big night. Since everything is recycled the costume cost was very low 3.00 for the yarn 1.00 at the dollar store for the glue sticks and another dollar for the pack headbands.
