This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Leeann, the 'Ghostly Boy' costume creator:
My son (2 1/2years old) wanted to be a ghost. Putting my DIY skills to use I bought two different types of fabric, white silk and sheer white and cut them into 2" strips and the length of his body from chin to ankle. Taking a white turtleneck shirt I randomly started sewing the strips to create a flowing effect. With some left over fabric I created the hoodie/cape.
