This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Garden Gnome' costume creator:
My son, Emmitt, is wearing this costume. He is one year old. All of my friends talked me into having my son be a garden gnome. I had the idea of taking his picture in flowers because I thought it would be a cute idea.
