A word from Melisa, the 'Frappuccino' costume creator:
My daughter Nicole cane up with this idea...which she presented to me a few days before Halloween. So I got busy! I made it with a light up hula hoop covered in fabric which I sewed in place with a swing machine (strongly suggest two people for this task!) Then I painted a piece of green fabric and with the theme and used spray adhesive to attach it. I cut small holes in the fabric on the inside of ring and and tied yarn to cross cross the hula hoop opening and used a hot glue gun to attach the "fluff" to the strings. For the bottom edge I sewed a hen and feed through 16 gauge jewelry wire to give it shape. This costume has had so many compliments and my daughter couldn't be more thrilled!
