This homemade costume for girls entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
This is my daughter Lily who is obsessed with ocean animals and make-up! I bought 4 pairs of striped stocking and stoffed three of them with bunting and coat hangers and stiched them inside a tutu, the rest of the getup came frpm her dress-up chest and make-up table.
