This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarrah, the 'Fairy Princess' costume creator:
My mom got my daughters fairy wings & crowns and I have been looking at costume ideas on pinterest, and found a tinkerbell tutu dress. From there, I picked out the colors and went from there. They are made using a easy slipknot technique and a LOT of tulle. There are over 150+ yards of tulle pre cut into six inch strips. The girls had a blast and were the talk of the town!!!!
