Enchantress Costume

E N C H A N T R E S S.... Cara Delevigne did such a great job portraying Enchantress in suicide squad I wanted to become her for a night 😈 Everything is handmade except the wig and contact lenses. the headpiece is cut from a cereal box and painted. I bought a black strapless bra and cut up a disposable baking tray into strips and sanded it down, before stapling it to bra and covering with masking tape on the inside (to avoid it cutting me). I made the skirt from an old black dress that I cut up. The accessories are chains I bought in a hardware store and painted by blotting black and green to give them that old and dirty look. I combined these chains with old necklaces and painted black. The hoops that feature are wooden curtain hooks again painted with a layer of black a layer of green and specs of gold nail polish to give them a metallic look. Black paint, eyehadow and eye liner finished the look! I'm blonde & blue eyed so this was really fun!
