Elsa's Snow Storm Costume

All of her friends were going as Elsa or Anna so we decided to go as Elsa's snow storm. I used a straw hat, cut of the brim and sewed tulle in shades of grey and white to it. I made a long tulle dress in the same grey and white tulle and she wore black beneath the dress. There were snowflakes and clear beads hanging from fishing line as well as glued directly to the tulle. She won five costume contests!
