This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karen, the 'Elsa from Frozen' costume creator:
Chloe, my 7 year old Pomeranian, is dressed as Queen Elsa from Frozen. The dress and the ice palace were designed by myself. I spent many hours covering the wooded frame with silver paper, rhinestones and white marabou, in order to create Elsa's snowy and glitzy ice palace. Her dress was made with turquoise sequin fabric for the bodice, turquoise satin fabric for the skirt and snowflake embroidered fabric with rhinestones for the cape. Elsa is joined by her friend Olaf.
