This homemade costume for couples entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Candice, the 'El Chapo and the Merchandise' costume creator:
Rosa is El Chapo and Candice is the Merchandise. We made up the idea after brainstorming for a week. Used a jail suit, wig, and mustache. The Merchandise is made with stuffing, duck tape, and an empty comforter set bag.
