This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

I am wearing this costume, which is inspired by a cartoonish character in a pop art piece by 20th century artist, Roy Lichenstein, called Drowning Girl, displayed at the MOMA, in New York City. SEE:

It was relatively easy to make with just a blue wig; red shirt and lipstick; black eyeliner pencil; white face cream; and yellow, blue and red make-up crayons. I spent only $11 on everything!
