This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mallory, the 'Doe a Deer' costume creator:
I am wearing this handmade costume as a deer. A female deer. I created the headpiece of a floral sprig and made ears from fake fur and sewed them to chenille fabric and painted on the white dots. I did the makeup (1st try too!) and made the fur wrist cuffs. The vest and fuzzy boots complete my ensemble!
