Danny Zuko & Sandy Olsson Costume

We wanted a fun & fresh couples costume for these two best friends. After a lot of brainstorming we came up with GREASE! Something that is iconic & would be easily recognized. To create the "Danny" look - I found a leather jacket and purchased some white vinyl with adhesive backing. Found a template of the T-birds logo online & cut it out using a razor tool and stuck it to the back of the jacket. Paired the jacket with a pair of black skinny jeans, white tee, pair of converses and black comb. Finished it off with a spray of some black tinted hair spray. To create the "Sandy" look - I found a simple children's pattern for a poodle skirt. Rather than using felt as the pattern intended, I used a red cotton. Bought a plain white long sleeved tee and using an image I found online printed it to some iron transfer paper and ironed it onto the front of the shirt. Used red felt to create the faux collar. Finished the look with some red ribbons & pigtails.
