This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kayla, the 'Cruella Deville' costume creator:
Olivia (age 4) dressed as Cruella Deville. To make her costume I used tulle (black, white, and sparkly black), woven elastic, Dalmatian print fabric, feather hair ties, and a plain black head band! The tulle and elastic were used to make her tutu, the fabric for her cape, and the feathers and hair band was used for a hair piece made to look like Cruella's hair. We have a Dalmatian so her costume was a given!
