This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Cruella DeVill' costume creator:
I am wearing the Cruella Devill costume. I was inspired by the animated Disney 101 Dalmatians movie. I love Disney! I got a black dress, fake cigarette holder, a feather wrap because fur was expensive and hard to find. I used temporary black hair dye to dye half of my hair black.
